1. Product Composition
This integrated assembly consists of MA42WN03 swash plate axial piston swing motor matched with GS04A02 planetary swing reducer. It serves as a complete swing drive unit specially designed for medium & small excavators, engineering drill rigs, log loaders and mini rotary drilling rigs.

2. Core Structure & Advantages
2.1 MA42WN03 Swing Motor
Adopts swash plate piston structure with multiple integrated safety valves including anti-reverse valve, overload relief valve and delayed release parking brake. Friction pairs are made of special wear-resistant copper with heat treatment process, featuring strong shock resistance and high pressure abrasion resistance. It delivers sensitive start-stop response and stable parking brake without free rotation.
2.2 GS04A02 Reducer
Planetary gears are carburized, quenched and precision ground with tooth hardness above HRC57. The housing is integrally cast from high-strength cast steel, offering large load torque, small backlash and low operation noise. Standard flange installation fits slewing bearing dimensions of mainstream mini excavators.
