Professional integral induction heat treatment ensures stable hardness distribution: the striking surface reaches HRC 48–52 for excellent chipping and impact resistance, while the hammer body keeps HRC 32–38 toughness to resist breakage under continuous heavy hitting. The standard octagonal rounded end design provides uniform force output, and the precision tapered hole ensures tight handle assembly without loosening. Both full mirror polishing and black oxide surface finishes are available.
