SHUHE SHFM-120 Tractor Mounted Spraying & Mulch Laying Machine
SHUHE SHFM-120 mulch laying machine is matched with 18–35 HP wheel tractors, integrating ditching, herbicide spraying, plastic mulch laying and soil covering in one single pass. It completes full ridge mulching operations in one field run.
Equipped with large thickened chemical tank and electric high-pressure spray system for even atomization and adjustable liquid flow. Adjustable ditch openers, dual rubber support wheels and double soil covering discs ensure flat, tight mulch film without wind lifting or edge curling.
The frame is made of thick square steel by integral welding, all working positions are bolt-adjustable to fit mulch width from 80cm to 120cm. The electric spray pump is powered by tractor battery without extra power source, easy to operate. Widely applied for peanut, corn, potato, chili, watermelon and other cash crops, greatly cutting manual labor and raising planting efficiency.
