This double disc rotary mower is a rear-offset mounted grass cutting machine designed for supporting agricultural tractors. It adopts a standard 3-point linkage mounting structure, which is convenient for quick connection and disassembly with the tractor. Equipped with a standard 6-spline power output shaft, the rated working speed reaches 540 rpm, ensuring stable and efficient power output during operation.
The mower is fitted with two high-strength cutting discs, with three durable manganese steel blades installed on each disc, totaling six blades. The blades support quick replacement, which greatly reduces maintenance time. The disc diameter is 500mm, and the rotating speed ranges from 2200 rpm to 2800 rpm, realizing fast and neat grass cutting. The cutting height is adjustable from 50mm to 80mm with a minimum cutting height of 50mm. The working speed is 3–8 km/h, and the cutting loss rate is controlled within 0.25%, which guarantees a clean and thorough cutting effect.
In terms of power transmission and structural design, the machine adopts PTO drive shaft matched with belt drive, featuring stable transmission and low failure rate. It is equipped with a four-link spring floating system, which can automatically fit the uneven ground terrain, realizing close-to-ground cutting and adapting to various complex farmland environments. Meanwhile, it adopts a humanized safety design with retractable obstacle-avoiding blades and a full protective cover, which effectively avoids equipment damage and operation risks.
This mower has strict matching requirements for tractors. The matched tractor needs a minimum lifting capacity of 5kN, the optimal rear wheel track is 1500–1600mm, and the maximum lifting clearance of the cutter is 230mm. It is suitable for most conventional small and medium-sized agricultural tractors, with strong universality and wide application range.
