German Type Machinist Hammer
Made strictly to DIN 1041 standard for worldwide export. Hammer head is one-piece drop-forged from premium 45# carbon steel. Striking face quenched to HRC48–55 for superior wear resistance; crown unhardened to avoid chipping on heavy impact. Two surface finishes optional: black electrophoretic coating for industrial use and mirror polishing for premium retail.
Available weight range: 100g to 1500g.
Four handle choices for different market needs:
- Wood handle: Seasoned beech with 8%–12% moisture, fixed by wood wedge & epoxy glue; anti-slip rubber end cap.
- Steel tube handle: 1.0–1.2mm cold-rolled welded pipe with anti-rust paint, double-color TPR non-slip grip complying with RoHS. Hydraulic pressing + adhesive fixation passes 3m drop test without loose head.
- Fibreglass handleHigh tensile fibreglass core, excellent shock absorption and bending resistance for heavy-duty jobs.
- Plastic coated handle: Solid inner core fully wrapped in plastic, lightweight, skid-resistant and easy to wipe clean.
Commonly used in machinery repair, metal fabrication, construction and auto maintenance for Europe, Middle East, Africa and CIS regions. Single piece packed in OPP bag or custom colour box with brand & MADE IN CHINA; 50pcs per export carton. Weight tolerance ±3%, dimension tolerance ±1.5mm.
